The Injection Foaming Sandwich Panel, with outstanding insulation, saves time when cooling down, and energy when transporting temperature- controlled freight. The polyurethane core of our panels with Injection Foaming Technology process is up to 7% thicker than with conventional bodies. Vapor-impermeable metal cover layers prevent the absorption of moisture, protecting against the accumulation of additional weight and preventing the foam core from losing its efficient helps the body to retain its value through low operating costs and a high resale value. The quality of food transport stands and falls with the refrigerated box body quality. We have combined all the quality components of our sandwich panels with European main production process to build this new panels for the box less than 5m.

4.Description of material
Core Thermal Polyurethane Foam The foaming Chemical 245fa material adopts environmentally friendly, are selected from internationally brands such as Honeywell and BASF to ensure the quality of foamed polyurethane. The premixing of foaming materials is controlled by computer and quantitative to ensure the stability and stability of foamed polyurethane. After testing, the polyurethane density is stable at around 45kg/m3, the door and the Floor is particularly Strengthened. A refrigerator/Refrigerated truck trailer is a van or truck designed to carry perishable freight at specific temperatures. Like
refrigerator cars, refrigerated trucks differ from simple insulated and ventilated vans (commonly used for transporting fruit),
neither of which are fitted with cooling apparatus. Refrigerator trucks can be ice-cooled, equipped with any one of a variety of mechanical refrigeration systems powered by small displacement diesel engines, or utilize carbon dioxide (either as dry ice or in liquid form) as a cooling agent. The panel configuration has been reduced to a minimum, so the overall effect is to offer the clients maximum design possibilities for cold rooms with a minimum amount of panels required on the site. All products from the modular range can be easily assembled without the need for special tools. Likewise they can be dismantled easily in order to move or enlarge them. The Cold Room Panels: Sandwich panels comprise of two steel skins that are injected with a high pressure polyurethane foam, with tongue and groove jointing method orinner hook joint.

Refrigerated truck, sometimes we call it reefer truck box body. Sometimes we call it freezer truck box body. Sometimes chiller truck box body. Sometimes cold room truck box body. All in all, We calls it refrigerated truck.Reefer truck box body is a kind of box which can load the cargoes which need to keep cold and fresh. Such as icecream, chill chicken, chill fish, freezer meat, sometimes vegetables and so on.

Our refrigerated truck box body is the Sandwich structure. External FRP material+PU core+Internal FRP. Normally, the thickness of FRP is 2mm. It also can be customized. As the PU core, normally, the density is more than 40kg/m. And the thickness is changeable by customers’ request and designing request.

The parts of FRP reefer truck box body is adopted the highest configuration. They are 304 stainless steel parts for door lock and door frame. Aluminum profile for connecting all the panels. The importing rubbers make the door be sealing. So the whole reefer truck box body is all-closed without any gap.

We can produce FRP(Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic), Color Steel Sheet and Stainless Steel Material for the refrigerated truck body.The Core Material can be PU,XPS.

CKD means completely knocked down. That means offer all the parts of the truck body(Semi-finished products), you need assemble the box first, then amount to your truck chassis. Though you have to do some works, but It can save much shipping charges.
CBU means completely Building Unit. That is, we offer you the whole truck body, you just install it your truck directly.

It depends how will use it. Normally, the life is about 15~20 years
