Modular Sustainable Refrigeration Cold Walk in Freezer Room for frozen meat and seafood
Walk-In Cold Rooms ensure the temperature is uniform & within range throughout the room. Customer can also avail the option of 8 probe monitoring with data logging, trending & real-time alarms. They are supplied at customer-site in a knock-down condition & can pass through standard sized doorways. They are assembled on-site. ●This series of walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer are standard modular cold room chamber to cool or freeze food, beverage, meat, fruit, vegetable, pharmaceatical material, chemical or other goods stored inside
●Different standard dimension of cold-room length,width,height for the walk-in fridge of walk-in refrigerator,chiller & freezer is available

EVERY CONTROL ’s electronic controller system equipped with SCHNEIDER ’s electrical switch offers multi-functions, intelligentized-control and user-friendly operation and allows for an optional remote data logging and control system as needed. Refrigeration equipments: 1. Our refrigerated warehouse refrigeration system is equipped with Phase Loss Monitor (PLM), which will trip when there is a faulty or lost phase to prevent motor winding damage. 2. Digital thermostat for displaying room temperatures inside the cold storage room. 3. Computerized and user-friendly system enables machine to go over operational cycles automatically after setting working temperatures. 4. Head pressure control keeps suction and discharge pressure within system design limits and prevents bad heat flow and air penetration damage. 5. Thermal overload protection prevents compressor overheating by using lock-out thermal relay and compressor motor thermistance. A heater safety control is installed to prevent evaporator heater from over-heating of coil when defrosting by shutting off power supply.

Walk-in Cooler & Freezer Application
The walk-in coolers are walk-in freezers are used in a variety of temperature ranges. High temperature walk-in cooler: used for holding fruits, vegetables, eggs, medicine and wood. Medium temperature walk-in freezer: used for holding meats, seafood and stuff that needs the same temperature environment. Low temperature walk-in freezer: used for holding ice cream, already frozen food. Ultra-low temperature walk-in : used for freezing food, and in industry and pharmacy field.

NOTE: Walk-in coolers and freezers of different temperature classifications are equipped with different insulations and compressor types, therefore high temperature walk-in cold room cannot be used as lower temperature walk-in cold room. Besides, low temperature walk-in freezer room is not recommended to be used as higher temperature walk-in cooler room, because walk-in cold storage operates most efficiently at designed conditions. Walk-in cooler / freezer and walk-in warehouse refrigeration system are constructed with different materials. As a result they should not replace each other in application. The maximum load limit of a walk-in refrigerated warehouse is 15%; cold storage warehouse refrigeration system operates with the highest efficiency when working amount is in accordance with design capacity

is an integrated family of sandwich panels designed for quick cold room assembly. The panel configuration has been reduced to a minimum, so the overall effect is to offer the clients maximum design possibilities for cold rooms with a minimum amount of panels required on the site. All products from the modular range can be easily assembled without the need for special tools. Likewise they can be dismantled easily in order to move or enlarge them. 1. Cold Storage Warehouse Types Based on Refrigerating Temperature Range

High temperature walk-in cooler cold storage warehouse - Class L, Temperature Range: +5℃~ -5℃. The storage purpose of this refrigerator cold room is for refrigerated storage of food like vegetable, fruit, egg, pharmaceutical material, floral, wood and other things suitable for this temperature range.

Medium temperature walk-in freezer cold storage warehouse - Class D, Temperature Range: -10℃~ -18℃. The storage purpose of this freezer cold room is for frozen storage of food like meat, seafood and other things suitable for this temperature range.

Low temperature walk-in freezer cold storage warehouse - Class J, Temperature Range: -23℃~ -28℃. The storage purpose of this deep freezer cold room is for the frozen storage of ice cream and other deep frozen food etc.
Ultra low temperature walk-in freezer cold storage warehouse - Temperature Range: ≤-30℃. The storage purpose of this ultra low temperature cold room is mainly for fast frozen food, industrial laboratory test room, medical treatment, blood bank, etc.

To design a cold storage plant, besides considering the size of the cold storage warehouse, the important thing you need to consider for a refrigerated warehousing project is to select the suitable refrigeration temperature of the refrigerated warehouse.

The temperature of the cold room plant shall not be too high or too low.
 
2. Cold Storage Warehouse Types Based on Installation Structure:

Civil construction refrigerated warehouse - The space enclosing structure wall material of the cold store room is made of brick and the heat insulation material is made of sprayed polyurethane (PU foam).

Assembling refrigerated warehouse - The space enclosing structure wall material of the cold store room is made of prefabrication modular cold room insulated panel (insulated foam panel). The foamed insulation material of the cold room panel is polyurethane (PU panel).

To build a civil construction refrigerated warehouse or assembling refrigerated warehouse, you need to consider your local
building construction and local building cost on the refrigerated warehousing storage project. We prefer to build a assembling refrigerated warehouse because the prefabricated modular cold room panel (insulated sandwich PU foam panel) can be installed and disassembled at any time and it is very convenient to move the cold storage warehouse to another installation place.
